Refund policy

Rich & Rotten guarantees that all products we sell are brand new, authentic, and come in original packaging/box.

We accept returned items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit/exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Returned items must be unused, in its original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer. 

Online orders may also be returned or exchanged at the store to avoid shipping charges. 

Refunds are only accepted to customers who received a defective item or sold out items in the desired size. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The defective item may be kept and not required to be shipped back. 

Sale items are final sale and CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE

How to cancel your order: 

To cancel your order, please contact us via email at  info@richandrotten.com, providing the order number, your name, and contact info. 

If we haven't shipped the items yet, we will cancel your order and initiate the full refund.

If the items have already been shipped, you will have to start the return procedure. 

How to return your order: 

All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Email us at info@richandrotten.com with your order number before shipping out your return. You will be asked how you'd like to proceed with the exchange regarding the desired replacement. Shipping fees may apply. In that case, you may be asked to provide a return shipping label in your package before closing.

Once we receive your package, we will ship your replacement item back to you as soon as possible. 

Rich & Rotten is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
